Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All packages will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) only. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and delivery time. We will only ship items Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Weekends and holidays are not included. We are not responsible for shipment delays due incorrect shipment information, inclement weather conditions, or increased shipping volumes during the holiday season. Please note that shipping times may extend to 7-10 business days during sales events and holiday seasons as the order volume may increase during those time frames. We will not refund any shipping cost if USPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping time.

 

Before ordering, please be advised that Nine to Five: It’s Strictly Business, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim with USPS. All shipments will come with a tracking number. We are not responsible for your package after it has been shipped. To start a claim with USPS, please call 1-800-275-8777 or visit their Claims Support online at USPS Claims Support

 

We will ship items to the address that is provided during check out. It is your responsibility to verify and make sure your address is correct before confirming your order. If your package is returned to the sender it will be your responsibility to pay for it to be re-shipped or store credit will be provided as Nine to Five: It’s Strictly Business, LLC does not accept refunds.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, due to Covid Health Concerns Nine to Five: It’s Strictly Business, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

 

Please check your merchandise immediately upon receiving for any defects. All items are checked prior to shipping however, if something was missed you may be eligible for an exchange only. You will have two (2) days to notify us of any merchandise defects in order to be eligible for an exchange. If the item is out of stock you will receive store credit only. We will do our very best to accommodate any complaints regarding your merchandise, but it will be at the owner’s discretion if an exchange will be granted.

 

We encourage you to review the item’s description before placing your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase because of the size or difference in color from your screen and in person, Nine to Five: It’s Strictly Business, LLC sincerely apologizes, however all sales are final. 

 

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after they have been processed.
